HEN Den is a home support service built for busy families.
We’re based on Vancouver Island and rooted in the belief that no one should have to carry the weight of running a home alone.

We’re not a cleaning service, and we’re not child care.
We’re that extra set of hands that helps you stay on top of daily life — the laundry, the dishes, the little things that add up.

We’re parents too. We know what it’s like to need help that feels like help.

    Join your local HEN den (small neighbourhood groups of families).

    A trained Coordinator visits your home twice a week for calm, consistent help.
